m1play Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering or using any part of the m1play platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision below, please stop using this platform immediately.

To open an account at m1play, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account is in use:

• Have never had an m1play account closed or suspended previously due to a breach of terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — including using different names, identity card numbers or mobile phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in the closure of all related accounts and the balance being subject to forfeiture.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the information in their account remains up to date and accurate. m1play reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the MyKad or other supporting documents, as part of the account review process.

m1play supports several payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50, and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is also RM50. Requests below this amount will not be processed by the system.

Approved withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on network conditions or additional verification requirements.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

VIP tier upgrades depend on sustained betting activity and the user's transaction history. m1play reserves the right to review or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, but any bonus already credited and currently subject to wagering will be honoured.
